Discovery Extended Day
1. Annual Rate (Year) - $3,622.50 per year
- Families who choose this option will be billed on a monthly basis and will have either Discovery or EPIC every day that school is in session during the 2023-2024 school year.
2. Monthly Rate (Monthly) - $517.50 per month
- Families who choose this option to drop in and out throughout the month will pay and need to register on a monthly basis. Families may elect to send their child anywhere from 1 - 5 days per week. However, the price will remain the same during that month, regardless of the usage rate.
3. Weekly - $130.00 per week
- Families who choose this option to drop in and out throughout the week will pay and need to register a week in advance for when they need to attend. Families may elect to send their child anywhere from 1 - 5 days during the week. However, the price will remain the same during that week, regardless of the usage rate.
Enrollment priority and seat assignments are given to families who have the highest need for care as evidenced by their choice of the annual rate option. Please note that no refunds will be given for unused days during any given month. The reason for this aspect of the policy change is that we need to know the enrollment count in advance to plan the student groups and subsequent number of teachers we will need. Last minute changes, like drop-ins have a negative impact on the program.
Registration Policy & Procedures:
For the Extended Day options, we will not allow cancellations with refunds, changes to course offerings, or payment plans.
- Payment is non-refundable and non-transferrable to another student or course offering.
- No refunds or credits will be given. Non activity and no-shows will not be refunded. Fees will not be prorated due to missed days or refunded without administrative consideration and approval based on specific circumstances.*

*Please note that the selected options are not free of charge. The word “FREE" is a Veracross system indicator that no deposit is required at the time of registration. All fees associated with Extended Day Discovery or EPIC will automatically be charged to your FACTS account.
