ASL Community Feedback Survey

The American School in London has launched a search for a new Head of School for 1 July 2023. The School has engaged Resource Group 175 (RG175), a recruiting firm that specializes in international and US leadership recruitment. RG175 will be represented by Tom Hudnut, Jim Scott, and Debbie Reed in this process, and they will be analyzing the results of this important community survey, spending time on campus, interviewing representatives of all constituencies, conducting where necessary video conference meetings, and actively recruiting school leaders to apply for this position. Informed by our community feedback and the work of our consultants, the Board at ASL will make the final decision about who the next leader of ASL will be.

The School and our consultants ask for your input about the professional and personal qualities you feel are important for the next ASL Head of School. Your participation in this survey is much appreciated and all input is valued.
