Participation/Volunteer Form: Ravenscroft Cultural Festival - Friday, March 17, 3-6 p.m.

The 2023 Cultural Festival is an opportunity to experience and share the various traditions, foods, music and more that are represented among our Ravenscroft families. We have 25 countries and 32 languages represented at Ravenscroft, and the Cultural Festival provides an opportunity to nurture our children's cultural curiosity on their journey to becoming motivated global citizens who will “thrive in a complex and interdependent world.”

We are looking for families who would like to share more about their cultures. Read below and let us know how you'd like to be involved!

Host a Booth from 3-6 pm on March 17 to represent your culture – posters with interesting facts, pictures, a little about the language (perhaps write the kids’ names in the language for them), perhaps bring a sample of food/small treats (a huge hit all the time!), anything else you would like to add.

Provide table decor (no host needed) representing your culture: You will decorate the table with cultural displays and artifacts. Please make sure items are appropriate for all ages.

Contribute an activity or idea: Activities may include indoor games, face painting, calligraphy, henna tattoos, board games, etc. that represent your culture.

Be a performer (Singing, dancing, music, martial arts, poetry, fashion show, etc.)
