Distance Learning Opt In
This form is for families deciding that learning remotely at this point during COVID-19 is best for your child(ren). We support your decision as a family and ask that you provide us with the information below so that we can record your decision and be in touch. This form only needs to be completed once, unless your child returns to campus and you later decide to again opt for distance learning. This form is due by Friday, February 19, 2021.  

If you would like your child(ren) to return to campus for face-to-face learning, they may do so on the first Monday of every month. Written communication to rejoin will need to be submitted a week prior to the start of each month and should be submitted to Melody Acinapura, Rowena Lesher, and your child(ren)'s classroom teacher(s). NOTE: If you have more than one child enrolled in our Lower School, please submit one form for each child.
